How to obtain information about your client’s account with us 

Step 1

Complete the Third Party Authority form with your client and mail it to the address on the form. It is important that you obtain your client’s consent prior to submitting any Third Party Authority request.

Processing the request normally takes 3-5 business days, during which time we will contact your client for security purposes.

Step 2

Once the Third Party Authority form has been applied to your client’s account we will supply the information you requested, or you can call us on 1800 682 626 Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 8:00pm AET.

Frequently asked questions

Having a Third Party Authority allows account information to be provided. The authority doesn’t enable transactions or changes to the superannuation or retirement income account to be completed.

 

Generally, 3-5 business days assuming all the information has been provided correctly. Please call us if you’d like to check if this has been accepted.

The financial adviser summary we send will have details about the members account that has been requested.  Information available includes: account balance, insurance, investment, beneficiary details and contributions for the current financial year. Please call us if you need additional information.

Once all information has been provided, this takes between 3-5 working days.
