Paula has worked in the financial planning industry since 2004. A Gippsland local, she joined Equip Financial Planning in 2019 from RGM Financial Planners and is based in our Traralgon office. Paula’s qualifications include a double degree in Financial Planning and Accounting, and a Diploma of Financial Planning. She completed her Master of Financial Planning in 2020.

Melissa has been employed in the financial planning industry since 2012 and commenced planning in 2017. Melissa has experience in superannuation and retirement planning within boutique advisory organisations. Melissa’s qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.
Matthew Kitchen

Ringwood and Eastern Victoria
Matthew has been a qualified financial planner, providing advice in the financial services industry since 2012. He specialises in strategies around tax planning, superannuation/pension, Centrelink and retirement planning. Matthew is married and is a father of two. He enjoys the gym, the outdoors, spending time with family and friends and supports the Collingwood Football Club.
